Are you great with people, and ready to hit the ground running? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer & Online Orders Assistant to join our a busy IT retail store for a temporary 3 - 6 month position (40 hour week) – and no two days will be the same!
This is your chance to be the face of the business, working directly with customers in-store while also handling online orders. You’ll be juggling customer queries, processing orders, and arranging deliveries – all while providing outstanding service and promoting our the latest deals.

Be the go-to person for customer enquiries – in-store, online, and over the phone

Provide accurate and timely quotations for products and services

Review and process all online orders each morning using Sage Software

Check stock levels and arrange deliveries with the internal driver team

Carry out inventory counts and flag any stock issues

Promote new offers and keep customers in the loop with current promotions

Use your product knowledge to guide customers to the perfect purchase
What We’re Looking For:

Strong IT skills – you’ll need to be comfortable using systems and software daily

Customer-facing experience – you enjoy helping people and making tech accessible

Experience with Sage is a big plus

Great communication and organisational skills
