The skills you’ll need
-
L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3
-
Minimum two year's experience in care
-
Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
-
Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
-
A good level of written and spoken English
