What is the purpose of the role and expectations?
Managing the Coop Compliance team, to ensure completion of all PPM and remedial tasks in line with the agreed KPI’s as set with the client. Being accountable for the resolution of any escalated issues that arise and working in a proactive way to prevent future issues, implementing processes to mitigate risk.
What will be my core responsibilities?

Delivery of monthly PPM’s each month within SLA.

Delivery of all remedial actions produced from PPM’s within SLA.

Maintaining strong communication with client to instil trust in compliance position.

Managing compliance admin team to ensure targets are met.

Reviewing and uploading certification to client CAFM system within SLA.

Responsible for finance of compliance works.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
Essential:
-
Electrical or Mechanical qualification and practical background in a trade setting.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and working to strict KPI’s.

Well-developed organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.

High standard of numeracy and literacy.

Able to communicate in a professional manner both in person and in writing.
Desirable:

Demonstrable experience of H&S and other legislation relative to premises occupation and use and the delivery of hard FM services.

Experience of using CAFM applications to deliver, monitor and report on FM service obligations
