What you’ll do
Lead daily kitchen operations and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff.
Manage food costs, stock control, and ordering to meet company targets.
Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance).
Train and develop team members, supporting their growth and performance.
Step in for the Client Service Manager when needed — including admin and payroll duties.
Bring creativity to menu planning and hospitality events.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Head or Senior Chef (healthcare catering a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent food presentation and craft skills.
Level 3 Food Hygiene and City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 (or equivalent).
Financial awareness and computer literacy.
A genuine passion for making food that makes a difference.
