Legal Secretary
South Leicester | Up to £27,000 per annum
SF Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client for a highly organised and professional Legal Secretary to join a well-established legal team based in South Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange court dates or appointments
Handle incoming calls, emails, and post
Maintain and organise client files and legal records
Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role
Strong typing and MS Office skills
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
